Robert conticelli - president

Robert Conticelli began working in the film industry right out of high school and was amazed at all the work that went into producing content. Robert started his career working in various roles at multiple production companies, collaborating with top agencies worldwide. His career primarily started in music videos and TV commercials. Some of the brands he worked with included Bud Light, Sony, Cablevision, Apple, Mercedes, E*Trade, QVC, and MTV. After more than 10 years of freelancing in the television industry, Robert decided to form his own production company, Primal New York. He learned how to tell a brand’s story on multiple platforms, which helped him build relationships with brands such as Moet, Def Jam, David Yurman, Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment, BMF Media, HSBC Bank, Humble TV, Netflix, and Saturday Night Live.

inna goldstein - executive vice president of strategy

Inna Goldstein has two decades of experience in brand management, production design, and creative content, helping lead both luxury retailers and individual clients toward the fullest expression of their vision. Whether she is leading complex retail strategies for large brands or helping emerging companies develop the intricacies of their crafts, Inna adopts a personal and versatile approach that builds lasting relationships with her clients and strengthens their relationships with their audience. Her clients include: Mohegan Sun, Primal NY, Home Revision, BMF Media, Taxi Inc, A24, Poker Go, Burberry, William Sonoma, West Elm, Gap Inc, J Crew, and Intermix. Inna prides herself on finding creative and resourceful solutions to her clients' needs, and will work closely with you to turn your vision into a strong, vivid brand that boasts clear, compelling content.

Jason Koburov - creative director

Jason Koburov, Creative Director: Jason is an award-nominated filmmaker who has produced content across a wide range of styles, including PR campaigns, commercials, and documentaries. In 2010, he co-directed “Red Eye,” a spec commercial through Ridley Scott Associates that was created for the Tribeca Film Festival and was nominated for an AICP Award. He followed that with “I Still Have a Soul,” a spec piece shot with a barebones crew and for virtually no money, which tells the story of a homeless man who finds his peace in the boxing ring. “I Still Have a Soul” won rave reviews and was featured in an HBO creative campaign. Jason helped produce two other award-winning projects. “Back of the House,” a documentary series about the team running Mohegan Sun – one of the largest resorts in North America – received industry-wide acclaim, winning an HSMAI Adrian Award, a Telly Award, and a Muse Creative Award. And “Beyond the Rail,” a behind-the-scenes and comprehensive look at the World Series of Poker, which won gold awards at the Vega Digital Awards and the Communicator Awards. He has also produced content and brand work for several other high-profile clients, including Mohegan Sun, Sony, and the designer Tony Burch. Jason, an avid photographer, said that his experience and skills have taught him to see the complete picture of a project through whatever lens is needed. “The thing that I love about taking photos is that I’m able to apply all the aesthetics that I have learned from years of filmmaking but apply it to one frame at a time,” he says.
